    Weathervane's beautiful; Packaging needs Improvement

Posted by Gregory Edelbrock on May 24th 2020

The weathervane is beautiful - exactly what we wanted. It replaces a weathervane that was crunched by a tree branch (felled by a gnawing squirrel - d... you, squirrel!) Assembly instructions not included with the weathervane; found them on the website. I'd assembled the weathervane wrong so had to redo. Fortunately I hadn't installed yet, or this might have been a 2-star review. Packaging filler was mostly styrofoam peanuts - so 2010! They blew all over the place; they're not recyclable, and parts/instructions could be hidden somewhere in the peanut gallery. Use bubble wrap, or better! But once installed, again, it's a beautiful piece.
